He is a New York Times business bestselling book author, has been Editor in Chief of four national magazines, a journalist at five daily newspapers, and was Vice President of IBM's publishing and advertising division. Chuck was the founding Publisher of Interactive Age, the first publication to launch in print and on the Web. He is currently Director of the Center for Media Research at MediaPost in New York, teaches at the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire, and is the Co-Publisher and Editor in Chief for Social Media Marketing Magazine.
